About the Co-Founder, Jutarat Thongsamak (Judy)Jutarat Thongsamak, fondly known as Judy, was born and raised in Thailand. At the age of 16, she embarked on an exchange student program in New Zealand, which ignited her passion for traveling, exploring diverse cultures, and appreciating the uniqueness of individuals. Judy later spent 23 years in Dubai, where she thrived as a Flight Purser and Service Trainer for one of the world’s best airlines, honing her skills in hospitality and customer care.
In 2004, Judy co-founded Golden Seven Stars Tour (G7Stars) with her family, initially taking on the role of a travel advisor and shareholder. Upon returning to Thailand, she established the company’s Inbound Department. Driven by her motto, “To create a memorable experience for every client,” Judy is dedicated to showcasing the rich culture, delicious food, warm hospitality, stunning beaches, and vibrant cityscapes of Thailand to the international world.
Judy’s leadership style emphasizes empathy, innovation, and collaboration. She has launched numerous projects for G7Stars and is a strong advocate for work-life balance within her team. Believing that well-cared-for employees reflect their positivity in client interactions, Judy adopts an open-door policy, encouraging her team to share their ideas and perspectives.
